Keeping Family Spaces Safe
What a family puts here is personal, and so is who is standing in the room. These are the controls that govern both, and they are in place today.
What Is In Place Today
-
You Choose Who Sees Each Thing
When you post a moment you choose who it reaches: only you, your confirmed family, or one circle. That choice is applied in the database itself, not in the app on your phone.
-
A Relative Counts Once Both Agree
A relationship is live only when both people have confirmed it. A request still waiting shows nobody anything.
-
A Child's Record Sits Under An Adult
A child's record is held under an adult relative, and that authority is carried through the database rather than the app. Children are kept out of the member directory and out of relative suggestions, and a child without their own account cannot be added to a family message room.
-
Your Files Are Not Public
Photographs, voice notes and message attachments sit in private storage. Nothing is at a public address, and the app opens each one with a link that expires.
